Just about anyone is offering owner financing these days at competitive price and competitive interest rates. The days of over priced or garbage houses being owner financed is just plain and simple prehistoric talk. All you have to do is google or yahoo owner finance and you will come up with people who are willing to help you and who know what they are doing. I think your plan makes sense!
