Ideal weight on an extra large frame?

I wonder how much weight to loose. I'm 5'5, my wrist is nearly 7 inches, I have really wide shoulders and despite having really impressive hip width, I feel the bone under a surprisingly small fat layer. I also build muscle very easily. I know I'm still a bit overweight even if my frame is taken into account, but I'd like to know what should be my goal weight and if there are some activities that would be more suitable than others for me, I'm afraid of gaining too much muscle.
