Are SOME Jewish people themselves responsible for creating Anti-Semitism?

Do SOME Jewish people cause Anti-Semitic feelings to be directed at them by their constant labelling of anyone Criticising Israel, as being an anti-semitic? Are they in fact their own worst enemies and cause their people more harm than good?
