Ideal weight on an extra large frame?

I wonder how much weight to loose. I'm 5'5, my wrist is nearly 7 inches, I have really wide shoulders and despite having really impressive hip width, I feel the bone under a surprisingly small fat layer. I also build muscle very easily. We just found out, that our house is actually on the neighbors property, the garage is about a foot over on their property. Ok..I am trying to purchase my first home. My mortgage broker who was able to get me pre-approved for the home loan is also my realtor. We were scheduled to see 3 homes on Saturday morning (of Memorial Weekend). I was really interested in these homes! Two weeks later I emailed the realtor to remind the seller we still had their table. They said they would pick it up that night and we could leave it on the front porch. I recently started working for a management company and my job is to just handle tenant complaints and other things. There is this one tenant who is a single, middle aged woman who calls in almost every other day and complains about the most absurd things.
