Are Jews and arabs anti-Semitic?

Jews discriminate against arabs and arabs discriminate against jews so then are they both anti Semitic?When jews call people antisemitic,aren't they also anti-Semitic(how ironic)?Also why is it when someone is against a jew in particular he is labeled as an anti Semite?Say for example if I had a problem with this one jewish kid and not the jews in particular why would I be labeled as anti Semite when I'm just against that one person in general.
