Can I get out of a home purchase if I am not happy with the inspection?

I put an offer on a house and the sellar cam back with a counter offer and I accepted the deal. It is subject to financing and a home inspection. The home inspection came back with things I was not happy with. Can I back out of the deal because I have some people saying yes and others saying no and my realtor is being no help at all.
